I view my therapeutic relationship with my client as paramount and strive to establish a healthy working relationship with every client. I see each client as an individual and do my best to tailor my counseling techniques to the individual needs of the client. I strive to equip each client with practical tools they can use while in counseling and after they have finished counseling.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Child Mental Health Specialist.
I work with clients of all ages on issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, divorce/co-parenting and behavioral concerns. I specialize in working with families going through a divorce and coaching parents on how collaboratively co-parent during and after the family transition.
