WORK WITH ME
Who am I?
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with training in family systems, relationships, and trauma (EMDR). My passion is working with clients at the intersection of love, sex, relationships, and creative expression. I do this through the lens of Bowen Family Systems. I have a Master's degree in Counseling from Seattle University and a Bachelor's degree in Editorial Journalism from the University of Washington.

I am informed by my work as a therapist and as a person who has experienced marriage, divorce, dating, and everything in between. I bring knowledge about monogamy and ethical non-monogamy to bear in my work with clients. I support sex-positivity, feminism, kink, body positivity, and sex workers’ rights. I welcome all relationship styles in my work with clients.
I am about living with heart through action and intention, while shedding shame and fear to start moving forward unapologetically with your life.
I've spent the last decade in the mental health field, working with all kinds of people with varying goals for therapy. I've taken multiple scary leaps in my life and I don't ask clients to do what I have not done or would not do. I bring a real, no-bullshit perspective that I have honed by being on the frontlines of motherhood, interpersonal challenges, entrepreneurship and personal transformation.
I spend my time in active movement, whether it be dancing, running, hiking, skiing, and climbing. I share my life with my children and partner, and find it to be a constant source of growth and learning.
I value love, commitment to growth, and choosing courage.
FAQ
Most people want to know how to work with me, do I take insurance for therapy, etc. Here are some questions and answers for you.
First of all, I only see clients who are ready and want to grow in their relationships when it comes to boundaries, communication, and self-regulation.
Clients seeking therapy and curious if I take insurance: I am out of network with all insurance companies with the exception of First Choice. I provide a monthly statement and superbill for you to use if you choose to seek reimbursement from your insurance coverage. All clients pay for their session at the time of service and can use the superbill to seek reimbursement directly from their insurance company.
What are your rates? $270 for initial session, $198 for 45-55 min sessions, $110 for 30 min sessions.

Can I work with you outside of therapy sessions or in a more intensive format? Yes. I offer custom therapeutic experiences ranging from half-day intensive sessions (which could include EMDR or nature-based therapy sessions), to multi-day personal retreats. Contact me for details and scheduling.
I'm going through a divorce, should I do therapy with you or the course? That's a great question. Check out the course information here to learn more and see if Live Your Divorce™ is a good fit for you.
